Skirt Steak Hot-and-Fast Method (Cast Iron or Grill)

A simple skirt steak method: season (or marinate), cook hot and fast in cast iron or on the grill, rest briefly, then slice thin against the grain.

Total Time: 20 minutes

Season (or quick marinate)

Season with salt (and pepper/garlic). Optional: 20–30 minute marinade with oil + citrus + garlic.

Preheat hot
