About Us — Blended Pastures Farmstead

We’re a family farm rooted in Woodland, Alabama—raising cattle, caring for the land, and making tallow-based products the way we believe they should be made: simple, practical, and honest. In 2024 we opened The Farmstand to share our beef, tallow skincare, and kitchen products directly with the families who use them.

Our Story

Blended Pastures is built on the kind of work that doesn’t need hype. It’s early mornings, long days, and doing things the right way because it matters—to our family, our animals, and the people who trust us with their tables and their skin.

For years, our cattle were raised with care and sent through traditional channels. In 2024, we chose a more direct path: serving families through farm-raised beef, tallow skincare, and a farmstand where you can buy from the people who actually do the work.

Three Generations. One Farm.

We’re proud to have three generations actively working the farm. Like a lot of modern family farms, we’re not just “farm people”—we’re also out in the community, bringing those same values back home every day.

• A Travel RN — caring for people on the road, then coming home to help care for the land and the work that feeds families.
• A Teacher — serving the next generation with consistency and heart, and helping keep our farm a place built on learning and responsibility.
• A Retired Army Airborne Ranger — still serving by helping coach high school wrestling, and bringing discipline, grit, and leadership into everything we do on the farm.

We’re also members of Foundation Church in Newnan, Georgia. Our faith shapes our priorities: family, integrity, service, and the kind of community you can count on.

What We Make (and Why)

Farm-Raised Beef
You can order beef online, but pickup is preferred because it’s the best value. If you need shipping, overnight options may be available at checkout.

Tallow Skincare
We render tallow and craft whipped tallow, lotion, balm, and soaps with focused formulas—no filler for the sake of filler.

Kitchen & Home
Our tallow dish soap is a customer favorite because it cuts grease and is perfect for washing cast iron when you rinse, dry, and oil properly.
